We are an end‑to‑end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro‑grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.

We are a licensed C‑10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.

POSITION:
Drafting Engineer

We are looking for people with strong work ethics and a commitment to excellence to join our team and contribute to the success of the company. We expect nothing less than 100% effort and consistency.

Overview Of Position

We are seeking an experienced engineer to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal individual will be able to start managing projects with enough experience and will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead, multitask, meet deadlines, and keep projects under budget.

Construction Project Manager skillset must include
  • AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam skills required
  • Know how to create, markup, edit and produce building plans
  • Knowledge of electrical diagrams (single‑line wiring, conduits, etc.)
  • Detailed knowledge of California Building Code
  • Experience in ADA parking requirements, sloping, path of travel, etc.
  • Basic understanding of trenching, running conduits, concrete padding
  • Ability to design as‑built site plans
  • Coordinate with utility companies
  • Fully manage permit applications, submittals, follow‑up and inspections
  • Qualify, hire and manage contractors for all needed trades
  • Budget and manage any given construction job end to end
  • Communicate with vendors, partners and providers efficiently to move work forward
The tasks will include
  • Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
  • Apply for permits and other city/state requirements
  • Manage the budget and estimate costs
  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
  • Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
  • Prepare reports regarding job status
  • Resolve any problems that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
  • Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements
  • Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
  • Plan construction operations
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Hire contractors and staff including construction laborers
  • Delegate responsibilities
  • Allocate and manage resources to ensure availability throughout the construction projects
  • Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress and prepare progress reports regularly
  • Handle any environmental or local community issues that may arise during a project
  • Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
Job Requirements
  • Contracting experience
  • PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset
  • Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
  • Highly organized
  • Previous leadership experience with proven leadership skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Excel
  • Prior experience in construction management or similar role
  • Understanding of construction management processes
  • Ability to plan ahead
  • Familiar with construction and project management software programs
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, quality standards and human resources
  • Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
  • Excellent time‑management ability
  • Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills

Electrical engineering experience a plus.
