You’ll lead the day-to-day field operations of commercial tenant improvement projects, working closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, building management, subcontractors, inspectors, and your field team.
You are the frontline leader on the jobsite. That means owning the schedule, coordinating the trades, maintaining a safe and organized site, protecting quality, communicating with the project team, and solving the inevitable construction problems that show up between kickoff and punch.
Responsibilities- 5+ years of Superintendent-level Field Leadership in commercial construction
- General contractor background required
- Commercial interiors / tenant improvement experience strongly preferred
- Strong command of building codes, CAL-OSHA, schedules, RFIs and Submittals
- Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project preferred
- OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR preferred
