The Assistant Construction Manager supports the Construction Manager in the day-to-day management of one or more active construction projects. Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination & Field Support
- • Assist the CM with scheduling, scope coordination, and tracking of project milestones.
- • Attend site visits, document field conditions, and report observations to the CM.
- • Coordinate with contractors on outstanding action items, RFI responses, and submittal reviews.
- • Support permit coordination by tracking application status, agency correspondence, and approval dates.
