- Workcloselywiththe Estimating Manage rand Project Managerstoreviewprojectscopesandbidstrategies .
- Readandinterpretplans,specifications,andcontractdocuments.
- Performaccuratequantitytake-offsandcostestimatesforalltrades.
- Prepare budgets,estimates,andbidpackagesthatmeetclientrequirements.
- Review Bogartproposalswiththeclient.
- Evaluatesubcontractorbidsforaccuracy,completeness,and competitiveness.
- Solicit,track,andmaintainsubcontractorandvendorparticipationacrossalltrades.
- Prepareanddistribute Invitations to Bidandfollowupwithsubcontractorspriortodeadlines .
- Maintainandupdatethemastersubcontractordatabase.
- Respondtosubcontractorinquiriesand Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Organizebiddocumentsandmaintainaccuraterecordsforeachproject.
- Supportin-houseestimateswhensubcontractorcoverageisinsufficient.
- Scheduleandattendpre-bidjobwalkswithsubcontractorsandvendors.
- Self-motivatedandproactive,capableofworkingindependentlywithminimalsupervision.
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,teamwork,andorganizationalabilities.
- Professionalandpolisheddemeanor.
- Adaptabilityandflexibilitytoaccommodatechanges.
- Knowledgeofofficeprotocols,routines,and procedures.

- Bachelor’sdegreein
Construction
Management,Engineering,Business,orrelatedfieldpreferred,orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience - 3-5yearsofestimatingexperienceincommercialconstruction(retailexperiencepreferred).
- Strongunderstandingofconstructiondrawings,specifications,andbuildingsystems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Word,Outlook).
- Experiencewithestimatingandtake-off software(Building Connected,Blue Beam,Smart Contractor,B2WEstimate,Procore,Clear Estimates,or equivalent).
- Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskillswithstrongattentiontodetail.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandthriveinacollaborative,team-oriented environment.
- Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytointerpretconstructiondrawings,specifications,lease exhibits,andlandlordrequirements.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills;abletoworkcollaborativelywithinternalteamsandsubcontractors.
- Highly organized,detail-oriented,andmotivatedwithastrongsenseofaccountability
