Senior Industrial Designer — TP‑Link | Irvine, California

Design the Connection Between Technology and Humanity.

At TP‑Link, we design technology that lives with people — not apart from them. From Wi‑Fi systems to smart home devices, our products shape how millions connect, work, and feel at home in a digital world.

What You’ll Do

Shape the Future of Connected Living:
Lead design projects from concept to launch — translating advanced technology into forms that are elegant, intuitive, and human.

Champion Design Craft:
Create products that balance emotion and engineering — where every line, surface, and proportion has intent. Bring a sculptor’s eye and a maker’s curiosity to every project.

Collaborate and Influence:
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and CMF designers to ensure design integrity from concept through mass production. Your voice will shape key decisions at every stage.

Explore and Experiment:
Push beyond what’s expected. Explore materials, finishes, and interactions that reflect TP‑Link’s forward‑thinking identity. Prototype, test, and refine until simplicity meets magic.

Tell the Story:
Communicate your design intent through clear storytelling — sketches, renderings, mockups, and presentations that inspire both creative peers and non‑design stakeholders.
