About the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team in Irvine, California (full‑time, on‑site).
In this role, you’ll be the voice of Becon—supporting customers, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction feels helpful and human. You’ll work closely with internal teams to share customer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and help shape an even better customer experience as we scale.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, friendly support
- Resolve product and service issues with care and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes
- Share insights from customer interactions to help enhance products and services
- Help deliver a seamless, positive customer experience from start to finish
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems independently
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment
- Bilingual in Korean and English is a strong plus (our HQ is based in South Korea)
- Experience in beauty, healthcare, or tech is a bonus, but not required
- High school diploma or higher education preferred
