Technical Service Administrator (Customer Support)
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Service Administrator for a contract opportunity with a client in Irvine, CA (100% onsite).
Terms- 3-6 months Contract (With possible extension)
- Irvine, CA - Onsite
- Pay: $20–$22/hr.
- Process SAP notifications for repairs, exchanges, loaners, and service parts.
- Assist with ownership changes and verify documentation accuracy.
- Research and resolve service billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with repair, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure timely equipment processing and accurate serial tracking.
- Generate DP90 billings and quotes for non-warranty repairs.
- Maintain the loaner pool and monitor return activity.
- Process consignments and returns, correct discrepancies with receiving team.
- Support capitalization of serialized loaner equipment.
- Collaborate with technical support, customer service, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth order flow and extended warranty processing.
- Run reports and monitor outgoing repairs to ensure timely notification processing.
- Maintain professional relationships and comply with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year in customer service, technical service, or logistics with data entry experience.
- SAP, Oracle, Sage, or Salesforce or any ERP tool experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, typing, and communication skills.
