Temporary to Hire positions paying $21-23/hr, depending on experience. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Hours could adjust in the future. 100% on-site, NOT remote. May need to travel twice a year to attend conventions.
Seeking two friendly, detail-oriented Customer Care Agents to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors. Role ensures that every customer feels valued, every issue is handled with care from start to finish, and every interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism of company brand.
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional, friendly support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers and distributors with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support.
- Resolve issues with meticulous attention to detail - ensure no concern is left unresolved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Translate or explain marketing materials and product information for multilingual audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
- Be a brand ambassador - embodying the company's passion for skincare and the values behind every product produced.
- Must have a strong background in front-facing customer service and experience handling escalated customer issues.
- Bilingual required, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Korean.
- A natural communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, positive, and customer-first in every interaction.
- Experienced in customer service or direct sales (skincare or beauty industry experience is a plus).
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and professional.
