Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and with attention to detail. This is a long-term contract position with a hybrid schedule, requiring four days onsite and one day remote each week.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.

- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues.

- Process orders and manage data entry tasks with precision.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of products to assist customers effectively.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to business standards.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.

- Work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.

- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

- Adapt to evolving processes and systems to improve service delivery.

- Uphold business casual dress code while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

- Strong knowledge of order entry systems and processes.

- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with onsite and remote days.
