Overview

Join a collaborative studio where you are mentored, given latitude to learn, and challenge yourself. At GAA, you’ll work directly with Principals on a diverse portfolio of projects and client types. We are a medium sized firm working nationally and internationally on small to very large projects. Currently we are working on e-commerce, industrial, logistics, automotive, retail, remodels, entertainment, aerospace, interiors, and restaurant projects.

The primary responsibility will be to prepare Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document packages while maintaining the interests of the firm, the client and the design intent with minimal supervision. The individual should always strive to produce high quality work that reflects positively on you and the firm. Depending on your aptitude and interests, opportunities for design will also be available.

Degree in Architecture and 3+ years of U.S. commercial and/or institutional project experience required. You should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, a good understanding of codes and constructability, and an ambition to practice architecture. You must excel with Auto Cad and Revit and be proficient with Excel, Word, and Sketch Up. ARE/LEED exams passed are a plus.
