Interior Architectural Designer - Residential

Looking to contribute and collaborate on buildingradresidential remodeling projects?
Sea Pointe Design + Remodel is looking for aSenior Interior Architectural Designer .This position is responsible for drafting, designing, and supporting Design Consultants in communicating design intent and details to the Client, as well as coordinating Construction Drawings to ensure streamlined implementation of our designs.

The right player should enjoy communicating and collaborating with our team of designers, project managers and clients. You should have an eye for detail, love problem solving and havekillerdrafting and 3-D modeling skills.

Knowledgeincabinet design would be a huge plus!

• Model required 3-D design drawings and perspectives with requested materials from the design team for client communication and to provide the clients with a visualization of their future home using Chief Architect, Sketch Up andrenderingsoftware.
• Draft interior floor plans and elevations as needed for the basis of design using Chief Architect.
• Coordinate with our team of designers to draftand designproposedfloorplans,elevations, andinteriorelevations as needed for client communication,pricing, and construction.

• Someone with a keen interest in construction and a desire to fully understand how buildings come together.

• Minimum of7 to 10 years experience of interior design,drafting andrenderingexperience using Revit, Chief Architect and Sketch Up
  - residentialdesignis a plus!
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Also competent in Chief Architect, Sketch Up Pro,Enscape, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop
  
  MS Office Suite,and Office 365.
