About the Team:
Our dynamic design team delivers comprehensive solutions across digital advertising, packaging, video, email, and social campaigns, supporting multiple business units. We leverage data-driven insights and advanced tools to develop strategies that enhance VIZIO and Walmart’s market presence. By collaborating with cross-functional partners, we execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive business success and foster continuous improvement.

• Design marketing materials, digital content, packaging, and branding collateral
• Champion best practices and emerging technologies (like AI) to enhance workflows
• Manage project communication and ensure alignment on graphic strategy
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and cross-functional teams
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), Figma, and visual design principles
• Experience in brand, digital, and print design (consumer electronics, entertainment, or agency preferred)
• Strong project management and user-focused design skills
• Effective communication and a passion for creative excellence
• Enthusiasm for leveraging innovative tools and techniques

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Art, Photography, Graphic Design, or related field and 1 year of experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area OR 3 years of experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area.
