The Full Time Assistant will provide crucial support, leveraging strong communication and management skills to facilitate efficient operations. Responsibilities:

* Contribute to curriculum development initiatives, ensuring alignment with educational goals.

* Conduct research and prepare reports, synthesizing complex information effectively.

* Provide advising and mentorship to students or colleagues, fostering professional growth.

* Manage project timelines and deliverables, demonstrating strong management capabilities.

* Prepare and deliver presentations, communicating findings clearly and concisely.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing excellent interpersonal communications skills.

* Contribute to writing projects, including reports, proposals, and educational materials.

* Participate in planning meetings, offering insights and contributing to strategic decisions.

* Support leadership in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

* Demonstrated proficiency in English Language.

* Working knowledge of Computer Science principles.

* General knowledge of Statistics.

* Strong communication and interpersonal communications skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience with writing and research methodologies.

* Familiarity with pedagogy and educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a higher education setting.

* Familiarity with Social Sciences or Health Sciences.

* Experience with Artificial Intelligence applications.

* Experience with Board Certified/Board Eligible professionals.

* Understanding of Biology and Mathematics principles.

* Experience in Governance structures.

* Experience in Pediatrics.

* Demonstrated ability in Innovation.
