What You’ll Do
  • Lead structural engineering design and manage teams on major building and retrofit projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams and clients to create lasting positive community impact.
  • Plan, monitor and coordinate structural project activities and oversee project quality control and assurance.
  • Develop and maintain a stable, high‑performing team; actively mentor and promote professional growth.
  • Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in structural or architectural engineering.
  • Structural Engineering (SE) license required.
  • 10+ years of technical design experience.
  • Proficiency in ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, RISA and other structural analysis tools.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience thriving in highly collaborative environments.
  • Commitment to work as an integrated design team member.
