• Inspection, analysis and determination of root causes of structural performance failures
• Performing quantitative risk analysis for structures
• Preparing technical reports and presentations
• Establishing professional expertise through continued professional development

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus or related field
• P.E. or S.E. license or ability to become licensed
• Excellent creative problem‑solving ability
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as lead and collaborate in multi‑disciplinary teams
• Ability to gather information from and convey technical conclusions to engineering, business, and industry stakeholders
