We are seeking our first Founding Hardware & Systems Engineer to lead the technical design and development of TGREON’s initial product platform. This role is for someone who understands that great hardware is not loud—it is invisible, reliable, and intentional.

You will be responsible for translating product philosophy into functional systems, owning early technical decisions, and helping shape how TGREON products behave—not just how they work.

• Design and architect electronic systems for a discreet wearable device
• Evaluate and select components (MCUs, sensors, power systems, connectivity)
• Lead early prototyping and iteration (breadboards → functional prototypes)
• Collaborate directly with the founder on product behavior, constraints, and philosophy
• Balance performance, power efficiency, form factor, and discretion
• Document system architecture while protecting sensitive IP

• Experience designing wearable or compact hardware systems
• Strong background in embedded systems and electronics
• Comfort working from ambiguity and first principles
• Ability to design minimal systems with intentional constraints
• Discretion, maturity, and respect for confidentiality
• Taste — you care how things feel, not just how they function

This is not a role for someone who needs public credit, fast hype, or overexposure.

• Experience with smart glasses, AR hardware, or luxury electronics
• Power optimization for always‑on or low‑visibility devices
• Early‑stage startup or founding engineer experience

You’ll be shaping the foundation of a new category—quiet luxury hardware designed for control, not consumption.

This is a long‑game build.
