Responsibilities
  • Supports KPI initiatives, OTD, Technical Data Requirements, and complex integration and coordination activities.
  • Interact with functional departments, internal and external, to assure customer requirements and commitments are well communicated, understood and implemented.
  • Lead weekly TSO meetings with suppliers, liaise TSO KPIs, prepare and convey overall performance reports to internal managers.
  • Lead weekly meetings with BOT‑RMA Team to gather, analyze, and report tech‑data submittal performance and NOC management; report overall SLA/RMA performance.
  • Lead internal meetings with cross‑functional groups to drive process improvement, implementation, and monitoring of OTD, KPI targets, tech‑data submittals, rejections and response times.
  • Ensure consistent and proper business processes are followed in accordance with departmental procedures and company policy.
  • Provide internal managers status on Seat Supplier KPI activity, training, guidance, and problem‑solving support.
  • Develop and maintain program plans and/or procedures that identify work scope; act as communications focal point to Seat Suppliers, internal departments, and OEMs.
  • Coordinate closely with departments, status updates on key initiatives, identify delays, and notify timely.
  • Arrange, attend, and chair internal/external meetings and technical reviews as required.
Qualifications
  • BS in engineering or equivalent; 5–7 years of engineering/product development experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership position.
  • 3–4 years of practical work experience in the aircraft industry is highly desired.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations, analyze and interpret customer requirements, plan and monitor effectively, and champion customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑program management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with customers and diverse internal teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with people from diverse cultural and political backgrounds; self‑motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
  • problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts and determine best resolution.
  • Available for 10–30% domestic and international travel.

  • Competitive salary ($102,000 - $171,000) plus discretionary bonuses and incentives.
