Advantech USA is seeking a Product Manager level I or II who will manage the development and lifecycle of server hardware products.

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for server hardware, including motherboards, add‑ons for servers, and network cards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the server market.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements to guide product development.
• Manage product life cycles from conception to end‑of‑life, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Create and present product proposals, business cases, and go‑to‑market plans to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred).
• 2–5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or product engineering within the PC industry or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of x86/RISC platforms and PC architecture.
• Extensive experience with server hardware, including chassis, server motherboards, network cards, RAID controllers, and other add‑ons.
• Familiarity with the server market and broader ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of server hardware architecture, networking concepts, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of managing product life cycles and successfully bringing products to market.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to take initiative and execute tasks effectively.
