We are looking for a driven, highly energetic and detail oriented Technical Program Manager to support Platform Software Engineering teams that develop low level drivers, middleware, vehicle core software, engineering tools, and validation test software. You will be responsible for the “when” and the “how” of program initiatives, holding teams accountable for delivering on business objectives.

This position will motivate and challenge you to gain knowledge applicable to every vehicle domain from controls to security. You will be part of a vigorous cross‑functional collaboration between Electrical Hardware, Software Engineering, Test and Integration, and Product and Program Management teams.

• Development of quarterly planning and detailed milestone schedules, mediate scope, participate in transforming requirements and specifications into achievable plans, manage inter‑team dependencies, identify and mitigate program risks
• Partner with Engineering Managers to ensure teams balance their essential initiatives, iterative improvements and proactive excellence investments
• Support smooth execution of programs, team efficiency, and effectiveness through the application of appropriate process and execution monitoring
• Be a point of contact for high‑visability multi‑functional work streams
• Understand cross‑team effects of project initiatives, owning dependency management and risk mitigation to prevent impediments to execution. Shield teams from outside distractions and interferences
• Effectively communicate execution status of initiatives and program milestone work to all stakeholders. Summarize reporting, raise and resolve risks, and celebrate wins

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields
• 5+ years of Technical or Engineering Program/Project Management experience
• Experience with Systems Engineering principles
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
• Embedded Software experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development processes using program management tools
• Proven track record with software development project planning, progress tracking, and risk management

• TPM Certifications
• Atlassian Productivity Suite and Google Workspace expertise
• Understanding of Automotive Diagnostics and Functional Safety
• Understanding of hardware/software bring‑up of distributed systems

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants
: $121,500-$161,020 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)
