• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 12 years' experience, MS with 10 years' experience, or PhD with 7 years' experience.
• Extensive commercial experience developing HFSS methodologies for semiconductor or RF simulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of delivering state‑of‑the‑art results on complex engineering problems.
• Expert‑level proficiency with HFSS, SIwave, and Icepak/Mechanical tools.
• Python programming skills for automation and tool customization.
• Experience managing and mentoring small technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable software roadmaps and technical plans.
