Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer position located in Irvine, CA. The Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Device role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for medical devices. Key responsibilities will include developing and improving production workflows, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and regulations. The candidate will also manage technical documentation and work closely with engineering and production teams to drive efficiency and product quality improvements.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering principles
  • Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering concepts
  • Experience with Machining and related manufacturing techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
  • Knowledge of medical device manufacturing standards and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a focus on medical devices or relevant industry experience is a plus
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
