• Supports manufacturing and troubleshoots circuit board assemblies using standard lab equipment (power supply, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, DMM, etc.).
• Works independently on projects and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality engineering outcomes.
• Conducts research, analysis, and experimentation to support engineering, making data‑driven decisions and recommendations.
• Prepares engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5‑7 years of engineering experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the position (OrCAD, Allegro, Altium, PSpice).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a lab environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
