Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 18 Months

• Support product development from concept through commercialization
• Apply and review Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
• Evaluate and develop supplier capabilities; manage supplier qualifications
• Lead supplier validation activities and support initial production builds
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality, cost, and process issues
• Perform supplier risk, capacity, and quality assessments
• Support design transfer, manufacturing readiness, and supply chain readiness reviews
• Conduct supplier audits and manage technical documentation
• Drive process improvements, lean initiatives, and cost reduction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Engineering or scientific background
• Onsite role with up to 20% travel

• Experience with SPC, Six Sigma, DMAIC
• Catheter or implantable medical device manufacturing experience
• CAD experience (ProE or Solid Works)
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
