Sales Engineer

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Japanese) Sales Engineer who can understand client needs and deliver optimal solutions from a technical standpoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting internal coordination to ensure high-quality service and customized solutions.

• Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions
• Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
• Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan
• Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed

• Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Experience in B2B sales or as a sales engineer.
• AND/OR background in engineering or technical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges.

Full-Time:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour break)

Entry level: $55,000 - $70,000
Experienced person: $70,000 - $120,000
