Project Developer – Renewable Energy (Design-Build) About the Company
We are seeking a senior-level Project Developer to support the development and estimating of commercial solar, energy storage, and EV charging projects
. This role focuses on design-build delivery
, where you’ll help shape solutions from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and estimate renewable energy projects, including solar, storage, and EV infrastructure.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams on proposals, site walks, and hand-offs.
- Prepare accurate cost models, budgets, and savings analysis.
- Support design, permitting, and procurement processes.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- 7–10 years’ experience in solar, electrical estimating, or project development.
- Strong understanding of design-build projects (not traditional estimating).
- Familiarity with permitting, codes, and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bluebeam, Helioscope, Energy Toolbase, or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
