The Sr Test Engineering Technician supports the execution of verification, validation, reliability, and performance testing for Masimo products and technologies. This role is responsible for setting up and conducting tests, collecting and documenting data, maintaining laboratory equipment and test fixtures, and supporting engineering teams in the evaluation of products and systems. This position reports to the VP, Reliability Engineering and is part of the R&D team located in Irvine, CA and will be an on-site role.

• Perform verification, validation, characterization, and reliability testing on products, prototypes, and components
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and test fixtures
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate test data and documentation in accordance with established quality system requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in laboratory testing, product testing, electronics testing, manufacturing support, or a related technical field
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data acquisition systems

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Biomedical Technology, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated or ISO 13485 environments
• Advanced electronic troubleshooting, wiring, and soldering skills

The hourly pay range for this role is $33-$39 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
