Full Time, Education Level: Graduate Degree, Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $ Salary/year, GSI Environmental Inc. has an immediate opening for a Mid-level Hydrogeologist/Hydrologist with a background in quantitative analysis in either our Irvine or Folsom, California office.

Responsibilities
  • Directing and managing small to mid-sized hydrogeology/hydrology-related tasks
  • Helping develop technical approaches for solving complex water resource management problems
  • Assist with written proposals, managing project budgets, and communicating with clients and project stakeholders
  • Working directly with clients to identify specific project needs and communicating results
Qualifications:

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Over 3 years of related work experience
  • Master's Degree or higher in Geology, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related scientific field with an emphasis in quantitative analysis
  • Interest in professional registration as applicable to one's technical background
  • Experience working on water resource modeling, data analysis, visualization of modeling results, and reporting
  • Experience in water resource studies, subsidence analyses, and resource management evaluations are desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record
  • Ability to travel

The base salary for this position will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, education, relevant degree, related experience, and overall qualifications.
