The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting internal coordination to ensure high-quality service and customized solutions.

Responsibilities for Sales Engineer- Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions
- Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
- Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan
- Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed
- Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English
. - Degree in an engineering/technical discipline OR equivalent practical experience in engineering or B2B technical sales
- Proven background in engineering, technical support, or the sales of industrial/engineering equipment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges.
Full-Time:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour break)
Entry level: $55,000 - $70,000
Experienced person: $70,000 - $120,000
