Job Description As part of our Entry-Level Engineer Intern Program, you will gain hands‑on experience working with next‑generation wireless technologies while collaborating with experienced engineers on real‑world product testing, validation, and deployment activities. This program is designed to develop future engineering talent and provide a pathway for growth within WNC.

Key Responsibilities Telecom System V&V Validation/Verification Field Support & Testing:
Assist in evaluating wireless network performance (LTE / 5G ) through active field testing and validation. System Integration Product & Field Feedback:
Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance. Academic Requirements Degree:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Relevant Coursework/Projects:
Knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, Antenna, NTN, O‑RAN standards, and broadband technologies. Hands‑on experience with 5G products, Wi‑Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
