Neon Aero seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead industrialization of complex hardware in Irvine, CA. You will bridge Design Engineering and shop floor, ensuring manufacturability, cost targets, and scalable production.
You will develop processes, tooling, build plans and work instructions, working hands-on with hardware, suppliers, Quality, and Production. Six+ years in manufacturing engineering is preferred, with strong DFM/DFA and GD&T capabilities.
