Position: Stormwater Project Manager / Regional Market Lead
The Opportunity:

Tetra Tech is seeking a Stormwater Project Manager / Regional Market Lead to head the delivery of high-impact stormwater infrastructure and watershed management projects across the Southwestern United States. This is a highly visible leadership role for a seasoned engineering professional who wants to shape project strategy, guide technically complex work, and deliver meaningful infrastructure and watershed solutions that improve resilience, water quality, and community outcomes.

This role will serve as both a technical leader and trusted client advisor, overseeing impactful projects for municipal, state, and federal clients. You will have the opportunity to lead interdisciplinary teams, mentor emerging talent, strengthen long-term client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of a respected stormwater practice.

Position Summary:

The Stormwater Project Manager / Regional Market Lead plays a key role in advancing Tetra Tech’s mission to build resilient, sustainable communities. This position leads the design and delivery of innovative projects focused on green stormwater infrastructure, water quality and quantity, and community resiliency for municipal, state, and federal clients. As a Project Manager, you will take on a leadership role managing interdisciplinary teams, developing creative solutions, providing technical oversight, and delivering impactful projects that protect and improve our local communities.

Lead the planning, technical direction, and delivery of stormwater infrastructure projects, including green stormwater infrastructure, water quality and quantity improvements, and community and climate resiliency initiatives.

Drive client engagement and serve as a trusted client advisor and primary technical point of contact on key client accounts, including municipal, state, and federal stormwater assignments.

Lead interdisciplinary teams in developing innovative, practical, and defensible stormwater solutions.
