The engineer will own RF module designs from concept through production release, supporting diverse applications including Cellular, GPS, Radar, Satellite, and more.
GaAs HBT and/or PHEMT RFIC background is preferred. The role requires expertise in RF/microwave module design, EM simulations, impedance matching, and test bench tuning.
