• Analyze and allocate business unit expenses across entities and markets
• Review actuals vs. budget, investigate variances, and recommend solutions
• Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights
• Update and build financial reporting templates
• Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to resolve issues

• Bachelor s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA a plus)
• 3-5 years of financial analysis/accounting experience
• Strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
