This position will involve fulfilling all MERS-related tasks and duties, as well as completing customer service inquiries from our borrowers and other parties.

• Perform all MERS activities & functions.
• Perform servicing oversight duties over Kind Lending’s sub‑servicer, Loan Care.
• Maintain and update critical loan data within the Servicing system.
• Respond to phone calls/emails regarding questions on loan payment/transfer letters.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• Answer telephone calls from internal and external customers.
• Evaluate insurance reports from external tracking vendors to ensure compliance with bank policy and accuracy of data being reported.
• Handle loans that are complex in nature, ensuring all documentation is compliant.
• Prepare & deliver the Master File to the sub‑servicer for flow transfer release.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledgeable in Mortgage Terms – Promissory Note, Deed of Trust, Appraisal (Preferred).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and all Microsoft products.
• Customer‑oriented, able to contact customers and provide excellent follow‑up and customer service.
• Background in banking, mortgage, financial services & customer services (Required).
• Highly organized, and comfortable using database systems and common office software programs.

The starting base pay range for this position is $35/hour. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
