We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Senior and Tax Manager to join our reputable midsize CPA firm in Irvine, CA. Our firm serves a diverse client base, offering extensive opportunities to build your skills and advance your career in tax accounting.

• Manage client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for tax-related inquiries.
• Conduct tax reviews, providing clients with valuable insights and high-quality service.
• Work closely with managers and partners to ensure compliance and advisory services meet firm standards.
• Overtime is compensated for additional work beyond standard hours.

• Oversee a dedicated client book, managing and building client relationships.
• Review and manage tax planning and compliance engagements.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, assisting with their professional development.
• Lead strategic initiatives and client projects with opportunities for bonus incentives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of tax experience in a public accounting.
• Strong technical skills in tax preparation, compliance, and tax research.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
