• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience.
• Act as point‑of‑entry contact for clients with account queries, orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities.
• Provide documentation support for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals, and related tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Ideally 2+ years of client service experience within the finance sector.
• Collaborative in nature with a proactive mindset and willingness to lead.
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented – no task gets past you.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• US Only:
  Salary range $60,000 – $70,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
• May be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
