- Assist with Engagement Management Lifecycle communications to the Business Unit (BU) and liaise with the EMLC Champion network, monitoring communication to the BU Leaders.
- Conduct review of engagement economic plans, month‑end closes, pre‑plans and assist with contract management, including working with EMCs and F&A to assist with hard‑close, review of investment balances, cash campaigns and requests from F&A leadership.
- Help with Portfolio Management and other strategic pricing initiatives.
- Provide support with driving integration, engagement and connection within the BU, liaise with councils and BU networks and assist with Employee Engagement budget allocations and tracking actuals vs budget.
- Assist with other responsibilities such as deck preparation and logistics for BU meetings, reporting based on BU leader requests, and other ad‑hoc requests and assistance from BU.
- Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum five years of recent experience in business operations, including roles in accounting, finance or resource management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of tools such as PBI, Alteryx and more.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to drive efficiencies and enhance productivity.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to standardize processes and implement best practices.

Depending on job classification, standard work hours and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Salary range (California): $72,000 – $153,000. Refer to the salary transparency page at
