CORP - CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Full Time Irvine, CA, US

Salary Range: $130.00 To $150.00 Annually

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our finance team as a Corporate Controller
. This position is based out of our offices in Irvine, CA and works with the VP, Finance to oversee the accounting functions of a portfolio of Hotels. In this role, you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns

Position Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with Operations Team in overseeing property-based accounting processes
• Monitors labor, costs and expenses, making recommendation as needed for improvement
• Assist property General Manager to monitor Guest Ledgers, Accounts Receivables and credit processes
• Assists in monthly forecasts with Regional Directors of Operations
• Manages hotel cash flow, implement strategies to keep a positive cash flow
• Conduct hotel audits as needed
• Communicate and work with Owners
• Complete cash and balance sheet reconciliations
• Issue timely, accurate and complete financial statements

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience managing a multi-state hotel portfolio
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a staff of accounting professionals
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required
• 4-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, Advanced Degree preferred
• Compensation for this role will be based on a combination of factors including relevant experience, specialized skills, and geographic location
