Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive pricing analyses to support strategic pricing decisions
Lead competitive intelligence efforts and market positioning analyses
Build and maintain sophisticated pricing models, including elasticity, optimization, and profitability models
Conduct advanced statistical analysis of pricing performance and market trends
Design and evaluate price testing strategies such as A/B tests and market experiments
Partner with Sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies for new business opportunities and RFP responses
Collaborate with Account Management teams during customer renewal negotiations by providing pricing analysis and market benchmarks
Work with Legal teams to review contract pricing terms, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
Conduct periodic pricing model evaluations to ensure alignment with product offerings and industry standards
Lead pricing impact assessments for new product launches, promotions, or market shifts
Monitor pricing performance metrics and identify opportunities for revenue optimization
Develop pricing dashboards and automated reporting tools for cross‑functional stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
3 + years of experience in pricing analysis, market research, revenue management, or a related discipline
Working knowledge of SQL and database query principles
Advanced Excel skills including modeling, VBA, macros, and complex pricing/financial functions
Proficiency with Power BI for dashboard development, data visualization, and analytics
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, including pricing configuration, quote generation, and workflow processes
Experience in building pricing models
Experience with in insurance, healthcare services, or similar industries is preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM analytics and reporting is highly preferred
Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and pricing model development
Excellent presentation and communication skills
