Navien, Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist to support daily treasury functions, including cash counting, reporting, and cash‑flow tracking using standard bookkeeping and accounting methods. The role demands advanced accounting knowledge, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to focus for extended periods. The successful candidate will help maintain optimum business cash flow through accurate cash handling and effective accounting practices.

• Support all aspects of daily treasury operations
• Oversee cash reporting, basic forecasting, and lender compliance requirements
• Assist Lead / Supervisor / Manager with the company’s treasury activities
• Prepare and communicate daily bank transaction reports with relevant teams
• Record incoming cash receipts such as checks, wire payments, and credit card payments on daily cash‑flow reports
• Handle paper checks (issuing, GS, mailing)
• Document all daily cash transactions
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with cash transactions
• Reconcile bank deposits and payments
  • Reconcile daily cash‑flow report versus SAP checking account amounts & online banking details
  • Verify unposted amounts and discrepancies
  • Notify accounting staff or banks of any discrepancies that need correction
• Maintain financial records, cash logs, and spreadsheets
• Process treasury payments
• Assist with cash‑flow management, including support for cash‑flow forecasts and the ongoing management plan
  • Record daily actual disbursements and estimated payables based on projections and actual figures
• Help establish and maintain internal controls
• Monitor and establish company‑wide treasury policies/internal controls

• Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and related accounting
• Proficiency with bookkeeping and accounting software
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance
• Previous experience as a treasury professional
• Proficiency in SAP

$25‑$28 per hour (DOE) + annual bonus opportunity.
