365 is seeking a GTM FP&A Manager to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team. This isn’t your typical finance role – you’ll be at the intersection of Go-To-Market Strategy, Financial Planning, and Strategic Finance, directly impacting revenue growth and business acceleration, while helping to build a world-class finance organization As our GTM FP&A Manager, you’ll be the strategic financial partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

You’ll work directly with C-suite and senior executives translating complex data into actionable insights that influence million-dollar decisions. Strategic Leadership Partner directly with executive Finance & GTM leadership to optimize sales productivity, marketing ROI, and channel performance Build efficiencies to uplevel our month-end close processes and executive reporting cadences Help lead the annual planning process for all GTM functions, becoming the financial architect of our growth and acceleration strategies Revenue Impact Become the go-to expert on GTM KPIs, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue performance metrics Uncover growth opportunities through deep-dive analyses of sales funnel performance, marketing attribution, and pricing strategies Support product strategy & pricing strategies through sophisticated financial modeling and competitive analysis Operational Excellence Deliver mission-critical reporting with precision and speed – variance analyses, forecasting models, and strategic assessments Build and optimize financial models that support GTM decision-making and resource allocation Create executive reporting and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics and performance trends, including Board reporting Solve complex business challenges and questions through ad hoc analyses  What you'll need to be successful in this role: 8+ years of progressive finance experience with exposure to SaaS/software business models Experience in leveraging AI tools to build and manage complex financial models (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) Proven track record working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, etc.)

to drive strategic and collaborative outcomes An ability to see beyond the numbers to understand business drivers and growth levers Strong expertise in building robust planning and forecasting models that drive business decisions Exemplary communication skills (verbal and written) that enable you to translate complex financial concepts into clear and compelling business stories An innate desire to always look for ways to improve processes and increase team efficiency Bonus, but not required: proficiency with our business tools (Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Gong, etc.)
