Global Finance partners with Capital Group (CG) business units to proactively provide relevant, timely and accurate financial reporting, innovative analysis and business insights that impact strategic decision-making while protecting the interests of investors/clients, associates, and CG shareholders. As a Global Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic finance partner and internal consultant to senior leaders, influencing and driving critical projects that impact Capital’s long-term strategy.

You will lead complex, strategic financial planning, reporting and business decision support, translating financial and business insights into clear recommendations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, building strong business partnering capabilities and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of priorities.

You are a seasoned finance leader and strategic business partner with a consulting mindset and experience advising executive leadership in complex, global organizations. You lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose—driving business results while motivating and developing a high performing team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where anticipating business needs, developing key business insights to influence senior stakeholders, and strong program/project management skills are essential.

You are adept at navigating complex, ambiguous business challenges with a consulting mindset. You see the big picture and can break down high level objectives into an actionable execution plan with clear responsibilities and processes. You have a degree in Accounting or Finance, an MBA strongly desired.
