The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced, driven Loan Officers to join our Irvine office as independent contractors. This role is built for originators who want the freedom to shop the market for every borrower and run their business their way, with a team behind them that is invested in their long term success.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full loan process, from first conversation to funding
• Assess each borrower’s needs and find the best fit across our wholesale lending network
• Keep an organized, active pipeline using Bonzo, ARIVE, and our proprietary HQ performance dashboard
• Provide a polished, professional experience at every step of the transaction
• Build lasting relationships with past clients and referral partners

What You Bring

• At least 1 to 2 years of mortgage origination experience
• Active NMLS license with a California DRE endorsement, or the ability to get licensed quickly
• Solid working knowledge of agency, government, and non QM loan programs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• A self starter mindset with a commitment to accountability and growth
