Senior Processor position will be processing any conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans that are offered to any of our clients. Senior processor must have a minimum of 3 years in loan processing, must be able to multi task and work well under pressure.

• Being able to work with any loan program and any loan officer
• Being able to multi task and maintain 50+ loans at any given time
• Utilize pipeline reports to ensure timing and efficiency
• Being able to run DU, LP, any certification required for its respective loan product
• Being able to prioritize loans with any close of escrow dates or lock dates that are approaching
• Has the potential of being promoted to a management position or a VP of operations

• Be able to excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
• Must possess a strong desire to succeed in a processing environment and be a likable person
• Have a strong understanding/knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
• Being able to effectively communicate with various departments to achieve goals
• Must possess excellent communication and relationship skills
• Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational and follow through skills

• Has a previous Processing management or VP of operations experience
• Speaking another language is preferred but not a must
• Having a college or Master's degree is preferred
