Ship, Test, Learn.Put improvements into practice, check the results and use what you learn. In tax, that includes rigorous review before clients rely on the work.
Builder First.Notice where a process breaks down and help create a better one. Bring your ideas and take an active role in making them real.
Grow or Go.Keep developing your skills and raising your standards. Be open to direct feedback and turn it into better work.
