We are seeking a Product Simulation Specialist to bring hands-on clinical education and simulation-based training to physicians, sales teams, and partners nationwide. This is a unique opportunity to bridge sales, marketing, and R&D—helping accelerate product adoption and elevate training experiences in the interventional space.

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite for initial training, then hybrid flexibility)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (flexible start times)

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $1,/yr

Travel: Up to 40%

• Conduct hands-on simulation training for physicians and internal teams across the U.S.
• Manage demo inventory, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless training events.
• Serve as a product expert, providing field insights to enhance adoption and performance.
• Collaborate on educational content, marketing materials, and distributor training (including select international markets).

• 5+ years in medical device marketing, ideally in cardiology, peripheral interventions, or interventional radiology
  .
• Proven experience managing product life cycles and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong clinical and market insight, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/training platform experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work onsite during training (first 30–90 days).
• Nursing or clinical background is a plus.
