Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Part-Time or Full-Time Hours
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) you work with children and families in clinic, school, and via telehealth. In special circumstances you may choose to do a home session. You will provide the following services:
Occupational Therapy Services, In STEPPS Academy Services, 805 early intervention consults and direct therapy, services and Project work. You will directly report to Lindsey Lewis, the Clinical Director.
- Work 1:1 with clients/students, their ABA team, and families
- Provide 810 (RCOC) evaluations and OT direct service and consults for early start clients, healthcare patients, and private pay services.
- Individual and Group In STEPPS Academy IEP and School Services.
- Ability to independently complete assessments, progress notes and reports
- Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc. on a timely basis
- Document services accurately and timely in-service notes in Central Reach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with proven organizational and time management skills
- Familiar with HIPAA and other regulations for healthcare
- Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver’s license required
- Clean Criminal background check
- Required immunizations and double TB Test
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in California
- Maintain physical condition necessary for walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Able to sit on the ground, sit on small chairs and bend and move at the waist
- Ability to walk, run and crawl during interactions with children
- Ability to engage in movements including squatting, jumping, lifting
- Ability to move quickly and chase child if needed
- May be required to push, pull, bend, lift up to 35 lbs., carry, reach, and stoop.
You represent In STEPPS in a professional manner and maintain appropriate boundaries with staff as well as with clients and their families. You communicate in a timely manner and use appropriate channels of communication within the company. You appropriately acknowledge and accept feedback.
