• Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 available

• Student loan repayment up to $25,000

• Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

• $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited Med Bridge subscription

• 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)

, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
. Patients receive individualized, evidence-based care, while clinicians benefit from mentorship, clinical residencies, and professional development opportunities.

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered physical therapy in an outpatient setting

• Evaluate and treat patients, developing individualized treatment plans

• Provide manual therapy, functional rehab, and specialty services

• Document care accurately using a modern EMR system

• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure excellent outcomes

• Build strong relationships with patients and community members

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current California PT license (or eligibility)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
