We are seeking an experienced, communicative, and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA‑C) to join our Irvine Clinic. Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a licensed PA in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.

• Conduct patient visits per accepted practice standards.
• Obtain patient histories and perform psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with clinical practice guidelines and protocols.
• Build and manage a panel of patients for whom you are the primary psycho pharmacologist.
• Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic intervention, assess, and manage patient follow‑up care.
• Maintain the confidentiality of PHI.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for time management, professional relationships, and interpersonal interactions within the job setting.
• Maintain continuing educational requirements necessary for licensure and certifications.
• Provide appropriate and timely documentation of clinical care ensuring that records are detailed, complete, and comply with related standards and regulations.
• Full‑time in‑clinic role, Monday through Friday – no weekends.

• Current Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of California – minimum 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with medication management.
• Experience with TMS and ketamine.
• Strong IV skills.
• Possession of a State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Possession of a Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with members of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Effective problem‑solving and prioritization skills.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting.
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including all educational requirements and licensing.

Job Type: Full‑time.

Pay Range: 165,000 – 175,000 USD per year (Irvine).
