Job Description
Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) is responsible for the design and execution of customer education and training programs focused on the Allergan Aesthetics Portfolio. In this role, you will be supporting our body contouring brands Cool Sculpting®, Cool Tone®; facial injectable portfolio of products; JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, Botox Cosmetic® and KYBELLA®; and our skincare portfolio of Skin Medica® and Diamond Glow®.

Summary
:
The Senior Manager of AMI Programs is responsible for leading the strategy, design, development, implementation, and execution of Cool Sculpting Fundamentals Courses. Reporting into the AMI Programs & Performance team, this position reports to the Associate Director/Director of Medical Education. This role works closely with every team within the Programs & Performance team as well as other cross functional AMI teams, brands teams, and field sales teams on planning, developing, implementing, and executing each initiative.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-faceted high-paced matrix environment, strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills. They will also possess the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, be solution oriented and work well under pressure, and be a self-starter and able to accomplish objectives and tasks on time and within budget. We promote a culture of ONE team working together to reach one main goal: providing HCPs with educational programs to improve their skills and proficiency to provide their patients optimal and safe treatment outcomes using the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio of products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Program Strategy and Design:
  The Sr. Manager will work closely with the Associate Director / Director to identify program opportunities, strategize, and design programs to complement the body contouring curricula. This requires continuous insights gathering through customer and field teams’ ad boards and focus groups.
• Content Development and Optimization:
  The Sr. Manager will work cross functionally with the curricula team to outline program needs and support content development for identified programs, resources, and tools. This role will also support the development of all promotional activities including customer assets, sales force assets, digital assets, online registration site, meeting apps and more. This role will also assess user activity and make recommendations to optimize content and experience and share learnings with the Curricula team for continuous content and resource improvement.
• Program Development and Implementation:
